Duck Creek at Grand Lake is proud to offer a sterling solution to create a perfect end to a most unforgettable day. How does a cozy lake-side cabin located just across the street from the marina sound to maintain the ambience of Grand Lake long after the sun has turned out its light?
This fabulous cabin comes completely furnished with a treasure trove of amenities & can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is plenty of privacy with two full bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The cabin is equipped with a full-size kitchen along with a washer & dryer. In addition, the cabin has a barbeque & front deck for those traditional yet intimate country gatherings to entertain your favorite friends or clients.

Rental Requirments
Must have a major credit card with at least $500 charging ability. Reservations strongly recommended.
Damages:
We will retain a $200.00 security deposit for this cabin at the time of reservation. Renter is responsible for any and all losses and damages to our equipment while in your care, up to and including replacement cost. Renter is solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the occupants and cabin during the rental period. All damages or accidents must be reported to Duck Creek Boat Club and Rental and to local law enforcement (if needed) immediately. Renter will have security deposit returned after you have been check out.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the deposit plus security deposit and cleaning fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your reserved date will receive no refund. Only the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded. NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather.
